Yes, I tried, but I haven't found any information on that theme yet. Search engines and other forums say nothing about heat calculation of the of the eutectic plates

Try google "doleplate refrigeration"
It worked for me. I don't know anything about them nor do I wish to learn so thats all I can suggest.
