    ISA ice-cream serve-over problem



    Got a twin compressor sharing a single condenser with a fan on a pressure switch.Getting down to -30 on 404 but then fan stops and temp rises to +-(-15) then kicks back in thus keeping the cabinet around -11.

    Any ideas on how to get it running properly?

    are the compressors paralleled or are we talking two different circuits to one fan.are any system modifications apparent.controller fitted ?
