carrier chillers
I've been sent down south to reinstate a cooling tower due to on site Engineer struggling to get flow over the tower. After filling the pond and checking strainers and bypassing tower bypass valve I reinstated the chillers. After finding crancase htrs down, leak on oil sight glass,1 chiller tripped on freeze protection due to sequence stat having no probe, trend system allowing tower fans to enable over 50 degree this tripping on head pressure I now know the term engineer is a broad term for some of the ****e engineers that are out there!!!!!

"Welcome to the real world" is I believe the correct terminology.
Gain some satisfaction from the knowledge that you have got it going and the customer is a little happier.
Don't expect too much from your governor though, he'll want to know why it took you so long to fix itBrian - Newton Abbot, Devon, UK
