Yes, this was made "official" on Friday. Dixell was sold to Emerson / CPC. Should be interesting to see how things unfold.

Wonder how other mfrs will react, such as Eliwell, Carel, Danfos..... Do you know these guys as well?

I know the people in Dixell. There had been speculations when the head developer left in late last year.

yes, I know some of them but I have no info about how they are moving. For sure we have to expect something.

I asked the local Dixell representative the other day, its true, they were bought by Emerson.
