Beko fridgefreezer
Can anyone suggest what might be the problem with my fridgefreezer? the fridge is cold, but the fast freeze compartment is not cold enough. the thermometer shows zero centigrade after several hours, the ice cream is soft, but other compartments appear O.k.

Re: Beko fridgefreezer
sounds asif you do have a defrost problem check for ice on the back wall of your freezer or if you turn off for 2 days and allow to manually defrost it should work well for 2-3 weeks and will start to play up, also check your fan is working, if fan is prob could be faulty fan or fan swtch, if defrost problem could be def timer or heater or defrost thermostat, im in aus we dont have becko here so dont know brand but all should work much the same good luck
