    Thermoking CSR40_MPD_temp pulldown too slow



    HI All,
    I have problem to solved TK CSR40 microPD unit (reefer container ) which has cooling down problem.
    These parts have been replace ( TXV, LIV coil, clean up system, recharge refrigerant ) Problem hasn't solved yet.

    Please help

    have you checked for alarm codes
    does unit complete full auto PTI

    Why were those parts replaced ?, did they test bad ?

    What is your modulation valve doing ?

    And like Reefer said, does it pass PT ?

    I'm ASSuming it won't, so at what mode does it fail in and what alarms do you receive ?

    Head pressure ?
    Suction pressure ?
    DT temp ?
    Super heat reading ?

    Hi Will and reefer,
    Thank for your reply.
    The evap motors are run right direction. No alarm appear during PTI, but temp goes down too slowly while precool step.

    The problem has been solved. It was caused by microprocessor failure.
