Sinke.
With 40 previous posts, you must of realised the purpose of the forum?
A sales medium it is not!
With respect as to where to buy?
Try Johnson controls.
Be warned though as I an led to believe their spares are expensive.
My question is why do you feel it necessary to replace all the liners?
Could you not revive them by honing them?
cheers Grizzly

Re: Cilinder liners for SMC100
Hi,
This is about a big correction when it needs new cilinder linears, there are non-manufacturers, but I recommend Sabroe (JCI)

Re: Cylinder liners for SMC100
Try honing the liners and fitting new Piston Rings.
If it fails which I doubt.
And you have to replace the liners you have lost nothing.
As I would be madness not to fit new rings when replacing the liners.
Unless you have already tried this of course!
Good luck
Grizzly.

Re: Cylinder liners for SMC100
Hello Sinke,
Grizzly is right check an Johnson Controls or Sabroe office in your country. And if i may suggest something extra. Check your suction and discharge valveplates and springs one in a while and the oilfilter in the compressor.
Do you have an oil separator in the system? then check those filters too if the are bad they let oil thruh to the system.
Check your oil drain points in the system if there are any.
Oh and Grizzly, we are not expensive.
If it's cheaper parts they are not orriginal Sabroe (sorry for the salespitch)
Greetings,
Bart.

Re: Cilinder liners for SMC100
Sinke ,
Have had a similar problem and it turned out to be oil return pressurizing sump .
It had an orifice , so replaced both interstage and high stage oil returns with an oil return float and fixed problem .
Cylinder liners can apparently be honed to 0.25 mm oversize from std 100 mm .
All valve seats should be lapped or surface ground ie suction seat on top of liner . Both discharge valve seats should also be ground across whole face until cleaned up 100%. You can first check with a good ruler or straight edge if valve seat is below other ground adjacent face .
After you will have to check/adjust top clearence .
Sabroe also have a kit for oil pressure relief to direct oil down into crankcase as older version let oil squirt onto crank and conrods . This can also cause excessive carryover .

Re: Cilinder liners for SMC100
Also make sure high side cylinder "O" rings are installed as pressure would enter sump causing pressurization .
