    Scotsman AC125

I have an AC125, for a while it has been producing half its full output. After defrosting the spraybar it is struggling to produce any.
Is there a simple fix, or is it time to buy new?

    Ac125's are normally VERY reliable.

    Couple of things to check.
In the middle of the PCB should be a light which say's in the board -12. Check to see if this light is coming straight on as if it is you may have a problem. The freeze cycle times from the moment this light comes on so if its getting a faulty reading for some reason then all else fails. Poss the area of the coil where the probe is is iced up. Also do you live in a high limescale area. do you have filters on the water inlet, has the unit been flushed with descaler recently.
Whatever details you can tell us helps but i dont think its time to buy another one yet
