    HI, I would like to know one very important thing that " if im using 4.9 MM fin & tube type cindensor for a low temp application (Freezer). but after comp. discharge i use a 6.35 mm 200 mm long tube to joint condensor. What will the effect bocoz of 6.35 tube joint on the system. when i use i found that tamp. is taking more time then normal. pl. explain what is it ????

    effect should be null if you did all ells properly, ie: sheilding gas, deburring, vacuuming to 200microns or lower.

    I would wager your issue is a thermal one, ie; Unbalanced system.

    That or charge issue, You should perform an audit of the system, good learning tool.

    Air in, air out, coil DT, SH, SC of the evaperator & condensor coils and this will tell you how they are working
