Freezer to coolroom conversion
hi all,
what are the issues with converting a walk-in freezer to a coolroom. the system will be oversized, no defrost required, fan on always. i am a bit concerned about the prospect of short cycling. any one with experience on this? I know its not an ideal situation but what do you do when you need a fridge not a freezer?
cheers

Re: Freezer to coolroom conversion
from my experience, you are facing many problems, capacity will be too high, compressor will not get enough cooling.
If you change the orifice in the TEV and the compressor, seal the HGD line after the TEV, you can get descent results.
