Hello,

Came across the above cassette unit today and the automatic swinging louvres are not working, i couldn't get good access to the underneath of the unit as the client had a magazine rack underneath it but i will be going back shortly once the rack is moved.
Does anyone know how hard it is to access the motors for the louvres? and who do i contact about getting new ones? mitsubishi?

anyone had experience with these indoor units?

lover motors are normally at the corner of the cassette fascia,the one with mitz displayed on it,drop filter panel and access to corners is clear,just remove screw and corner slides out
