    Question Air Flows



    What is the leagal requirements and industry standards for air supplied into domestic, comercial and industrial applications. How does one calculate the amount of fresh air required?

    There is no legal requirments for ventillation to be provide in any area less than 80 Msq anything more than that is worked out based on what the area is like a troilet needs 8 - 10 air changes an hour where an office area needs 3 to 4 and so on. to calculate this you need to work out you can either base it on meters cube or liters per second.BISRA have a guide on this as well which may be of use.
