Daikin VRV U8 fault

Any ideas where a U8 springs from?

Once of our guy's on call just got a callout from a hotel with this U8 flashing up on the remote?

I have all the codes -as does the engineer. He/we were looking for a "ah that'll be the xxx" type answer-as if there ever is with Daikin

He's got till morning so anyone else please add

Is communication between remote and other parts of the system, see attachment.

Whenever I came across it in the past, it's been the remote itself.
