Arneg serve over counter

Hi,

Got called to a serve over counter with an earth fault and traced it to the 'anti fog' heater. This was linked in with the second fan on the condeser.
The cable for the heater disapears into the left hand bottom of the fridge, i could not find the heater or any panel or plate for it to hide behind

Has anyone got a clue as to what it does, where they have hiden it and where to get one from

if its not under the glass trim (were the glass sits) its poss stuck to the glass along the bottom. but do not just leave it disconnected because you'll be called back by the customer saying people can not see there products.
