re -container conversion
hi, i have been looking for 3 off 20 ft shipping type containers for storing meat which is already chilled ,unfortunatly we have no 3 phase and manweb must want to launch a moon shot judging by the quote theve given me to supply it !,
has anyone any experience of converting containers? i was looking at single phase zanotti units ,but dont know which one to go for ,btus etc? will an ordinary domestic 32 amp supply run 3 of these?
also does anyone know of any working single phase units for sale in the uk ?
any help will be much appreciated.

Re: re -container conversion
dont know if this is any use but a company called porkka do containers for some offshore food suppliers up ithe north east, they make them single phase 240 or 110 for the boats, although idont think they make them as big as 30ft.but you can buy their integral coldrooms and fit them yourself.
