can you answer to me?
i have three compressor.
capasity of compressors are 35 ton.
is enough this capasity for to produce 800 ice block in ten hours?
weight of each ice block is 25 kg.

If the capacity of your system is capable of 35 tons at conditions necessary to make ice, then we know, by definition, it can freeze 35 tons of 32°F water into ice in one day. In 10 hours, it would produce 35 * 10 / 24 = 14.58 tons or 13,230 kg of ice. 800 25 kg blocks of ice, unfortunately, weigh 20,000 kg.
