Gentlemen,
Samsung side by side with ice maker and storage-cabinet on (righthand) door. model code 2092. has display on door with 4 small shiny knobs, to control temperature.Small twin cooling system notification with 2 more buttons, one to control crush/cubes and light on off.
Has computer or whatever it is circuitry on top.
Problem: Compressor starts but when it kicks-off it won't start back.
Compressor was changed 2 times. (they installed one that was too big).
Questions: How can we check the Sensors inside?
How can we know if it is the fan motor?
How can we diagnose the problem?
how can we know if it is timer or relay?

Hoping to get this fixed.. need the fridge.

Hi Cosloffe, I'm reliably informed that if you hold down the two top buttons around the samsung's display panel (for 8 seconds) any faults there are with the sensors or fans will show up as 'dashes' on the display.
They are difficult cabinets to diagnose.
