    Help Please

    Hi
I have a zunussi frost free fridge freezer have just moved home and after transporting the fridge plugged it in straight away , the fridge didnt work but the freezer did , i was advised to turn it off for 24 hours which i did , it then all worked but only for one day , now both fridge and freezer do not work ? my problem is should i call someone in (is it repairable ) or should i replace it , its only 18 months old , any help would be much appreciated. oh and it is making a clicking noise ? and it seems to be making all the right noises sounds like its working Thanks

Did you lay the fridge down when you transported it or did you keep it upright?

More than likely, the compressor internals have dislodged off the springs rendering the pot useless.

The clicking sound will be the klixon operating as the motor pulls excessive current.

Looks like it's a trip to the local white goods store

check to see if the discharge line is hot this will tell you if the compressor is working
