Try Google, your question does not ask anything specific.

Re: 3 phase motor
What the hell is a 3 phor wiring?
You can mount the motor vertically or horizontally.
If mounted vertically, watch out for the oil which can drip out.
If you turned it upside down, let it stand sill for at least 6 hours.
You must connect power on the wirings.
Never, but never touch the wirings with your bare hands. It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.

Re: 3 phase motor
I would use a little caution when mounting a general purpose three phase motor vertically. The shaft bearings have to be rated for vertical mounting and if not this will greatly reduce the bearing life on the motor. A lesson I have already sorely learned.

Re: 3 phase motor
mostafa,
you should run thru
1] fuji
2] merlin gerlin website
they have good bulletins on this.
i think you are looking for a good start to understand 3 phase wiring.
each country has its 3 phase power distribution concept; get to know that before going to any other means.

Re: 3 phase motor
Dunstable 1965 3000horse power 3phase motor rotating cement manufacturing drum could only be started in the early hours had a large motor connected to the shaft to help get it going.3 windings in phase =clockwise out of phase=anti clock ie change over any two wires, power factor correction, reduce running costs fit capacitors ,speed control DC injection, inverter, variable voltage, slip rings connected to a bank of resistors all from memory correct me if i am wrong
