Dock levellers - Hydraulic or Pneumatic

Which dock leveler do you use and why:
    a) Hydraulic or
    b) Pneumatic
What are the benefits above the other one?

    Thanks

And this has what to do with refrigeration or air conditioning?

I suggest that you try a transport or warehousing source for your answers.

    samiam,

From my experiences both work well depending on there application, another option would be the mechanical type were you don't have to worry about electricity. Our older facility's have the mechanical type and on our newer ones we install the vertical hydraulic type and even the type that raise with an air bag, even if they get punctured they will continue to raise the leveler. Hope this helps.
