Commercial Servery Refrigeration.
Hi All hope all is well for all.
Been given a servery to look at, salad bar island, looks a bespoke job.
Here’s the tough bit. Condensing unit has been removed, no data at all has been left, just the evaporators, not even a TXV with an orifice in, that’s gone too…
Can anyone point me in the right direction with this one, can I gauge approx duty from the evaporators that are left in This unit of misery!! I’ve taken measurements and fpi.
Any help greatly welcomed.

Is the manufacturer still in business? Trial and error could prove expensive especially ( as i have found), very few of these bespoke units could cope in the real world.

No data at all, not even the manufacturer. Very tricky.
