“NO MWG” CODE Caprigiani 161 G with the pasteurising mode

HI we have never used the pasteurising mode but I decided to try it out last week and keep getting this error when I try and “force” it into that mode holding down the flame for 5+ seconds, it’s supposed to auto pasteurise nightly at 2am but it’s never done it on its own I’ve changed the time to start early so I could have it happen while around but the time ticks by and it acts like it doesn’t see the scheduled instruction. Any help or advice would be appreciated. This is one of the “newer” models it’s maybe a year old?
