Unit configuration alarm on a clivet chiller

I need help with the following alarm on a clivet air cooled chiller
model number : WSAT-SC210H

Error code :E014 unit configuration alarm]

What causes this alarm and How can it be cleared ?

I have looked on my list of faults and E014 is missed out.
I would suspect some parameter us mere mortals are not allowed access too?

Check all boards, if they work or not. Disconnect one by one.
