Samsung MH026FAEA option code

Hi Expert,

I would like to seek your help regarding my Samsung A/C unit model MH026FAEA. It was unplugged for few months and decided reconnected it. However One of the 3 Indoor unit is showing an error E1 63.

I would appreciate if could help me to provide the OPTION CODE.
