R409A is a drop in for R12 so will work ok with an R134a txv
If you can't get an R12 comp then you could put an equivalent R134a one on and run it on R413A/R49 (another R12 drop in) to avoid any problems with residual mineral oil in the system. Ester oil is fine with either cfc, hcfc or hfc's and will mix with any mineral oil ok to.
I don't think FX56 is available anymore due to its R22 content.

Perfect thanks, I was gona run it on R134A but think il get some R413a
