Mitsubishi wall mount fault. Green LED continuously flashing.

Looking for a bit of advice.

I have been to look at a MSZ GE71VA that suddenly stopped working after 7 years of problem free running.

- Once switched on, the indoor fan starts up and the vanes open up. Approximately 2 minutes after switching on, the fan stops and the green operation LED continuously flashes every 0.5 seconds. The troubleshooting chart points to outdoor or indoor PCB problem.

- The Red LED on outdoor invertor PCB doesn't flash at all. I would expect it to flash to indicate a fault with a component on the outdoor unit.*

- The outdoor unit MUZ GE71 never attempts to start up.*

- I have 240 volt at outdoor unit and on S1, S2 interconnect wire.**

Does this point to a faulty Invertor PCB?
