aeroflex inside access doors of ahu as insulation

I used aeroflex in unit where double D gasket was used.
Unit is Air handling type draw through with fan section aluminum filter and coil section only.

What do you people recommend coz i have manufacturing constraints as doors come out coz of limited width of Aluminum channels.

My question is that whether aeroflex can be used if yes then to what extent and if not then why not.

Please tell me as i have toi make decision on it.
