Heat Pump Help

I would appreciate feedback on the following three dual fuel heat pump options for Maryland:

1) Carrier Infinity Greenspeed 24, 25VNA4: AHRI 210532968: SEER2: 21, HSPF2: 10, EER2: 13

2) Daikin Fit: AHRI 207172968, SEER2: 17.30, HSPF2: 8.5, EER2 10.1

3) Trane XV18: AHRI 210691857, SEER2: 18, HSPF2: 8.2, EER2: 12


Options 1 and 2 are essentially the same price but the Daikin comes with the the 12 year labor warranty. The Trane product is significantly less money and would be installed by the same company as option 1. Of note, in my region the Daikin Fit does not qualify for federal tax incentives based on the specs which has me slightly concerned about its efficiency. We value performance, value, quiet operation, and reliability.
