I am looking for someone who is familiar about Eliwell controllers & TelevisGO monitoring system....

Here it goes...

My contractor and I are working on a chicken processing facility with a couple of cold rooms. There are many ID985 (evaporator temperature controller) and EWCM9900 (compressor rack controller) which are all RS485 wired-connected to TelevisGO station, where all registered data points are live-displayed and recorded in historical table.

We want to add some temperature sensors to measure the suction and discharge temperature of some compressors. When I add and wire a PTC1000 to the EWCM controller, it can read the value on the spot, but when when I check on TelevisGo platform and data points list, it is nowhere to be seen.

Do I need a special "user" level access to configure the platform & display the newly added temperature sensor value ?

Another question is: All data points are recorded every 15mins, how to change the interval to 5 mins instead? Again, any special user level access required?
