Hi All
There's a 17-year old Forster Frige in my mate's shop and it uses R12 .
The question is:
What's the best drop-in (I use RS24 for my MK2 Golf Gti) for re-gassing?also I re-gassed my car by liquid charge through high pressure port but there's only
one service port(low side port?) on the hermetic compressor.
regards
Kwan

How did you manage to get all the gas in?
Did you use a blow torch on the can?

You should normally charge a system through the low side, if you add it in small parts at a time you can still charge as a liquid.

R401A or R409

For R134A you must change oil. It could be difficult.
