Can someone point me towards a book or books on the subject of Heatpump Drying/Dehumidifying....

It is a vendor web page , not a book store .
Usually a hot pump dehydrator is done by passing air both at the evaporator , to dry it , and then trough the condensator to gain temperature , a small condensator could be used outside the system , cooled by external air , to take of the compression heat added by compression work .
