Friends,
any interest into future MACS designs and what industry
is trying to archieve ?
Any comments so far, as you may be aware I have always promoted low Global Warming fluids in MACS because of the exessive leakages.
Now we are deside-ing R744 (CO2) or HFC 152a or new
Halocarbon fluids being low GWP < 50 CO2e/kg
What do you think !
What about those highly poluting old CFC 12 and R134a
systems ( approx 700 million) around , Would it be interesting to change them over to HC's in the mean time.So far after 4.5 million cars using the stuff without an accident it seems a pretty good solution to reduce
ozone and global warming problems with cars to absolutely --zero--
Would'nt that be nice.
Bear in mind changing over to CO2 systems seems to me catastrofic for tha aftermarket industry.
