hi Engineer this Quetion for you please give the answer. When referring to AC induction motors FLA what mean ?

FLA Is Full Load amps, simple enough but then you might hear also SFA Service factor amps. i wont even try to explain that one as i dont understand it enough myself, too many calculations

Also MRA max rum amps, LRA locked rotor amps (starting current, can be checked if you have a peak hold facility on your current clampmeter)
