Wage levels in Northern Ireland

Hi everyone this is my first post...in quite a while
Does anyone have any idea what the average hourly wage for A/C service /install engineers with 10years plus experience?
Any comment would be appreciated.

£10 to £12 an hour dependant on experience and ability, from what I hear:D

Hi Brian,
It's not that I'm unhappy ...I like my job fine It just seems that those who can do the most get to do the most...if you know what I mean. And others seem to be able to miss out on all the "head scratchers" and and 4:55 pm call outs and worse still get paid the same as the rest of us .
