Quality of refrigerant with respect to moisture and acid content is vety detrimental for unit operation.
I am looking for a method for determining exact moisture and acid content in ***** at site. Kindly enlighten.

There are degrees of exactitude.

Commercially produced indicators that you can use at site are unlikely to provide the accuracy to determine a precise level of contamination.

I would venture that this can only be achieved with a laboratory test of a sample in both phases, liquid and vapour, together with an oil sample.

Most of the major refrigerant suppliers will be able to analyse samples – though it is probably very costly – hence your question.
