Hi I am supposed to be fitting a remote unit to a new caravell chilled display, now i have been working on air con for the past 5 years and havent installed fridge for some time.
My only worry is do I use a pump down system or put a contactor on the outdoor and wire the control through the controller.
Also what is the best condensing unit to go for, a unit with everthing all included like a L'unite Silensys are a normal unit and fit it all on site. This system is on R404a and is evaporating at -7 and has a 3 kw coil. Thanks for reading

Hi Justchillin'

Post more details on site requirements-a standard pump down system is one of the easiest and effective methods.

Kind regards Mark:)

With pumpdown no control wiring is need from indoor to outdoor:) just a mains to the condensing unit isolator.
We use maneurope condensing units on such applications and find them relyable in service.
