ive cant find the suction service valve on a renault laguna can anybody help me

Are you sure that it should have one??

If all else fails just follow the suction pipe from the bulkhead back to the compressor. You might find that there is a service port on the compressor itself, or not.

is it hidden behind a removeable panel in the front right hand wheel arch?

If I remember correctly then the Laguna2 doesn't have one
