Hey.

recently built a living space in a shop there 2 rooms roughly 15'×18' one on the main floor and one directly above it. Looking for the best way to air condition both rooms already finished so can't run ducting but was wondering be best to put a unit upstairs and cut a vent in between joists to let the cold air drop? Some multiple windows and rooms are cornered on outside walls steel heats them pretty well.

Just put a mini split into each space, should be minimal disruption.

I think I would agree with al.

Either 2 mini splits and keep the pipe runs to a minimum or
a small multi split where there is one outside unit and two indoor units.
As long as the distance between indoor and outdoor units is not too high
the system would be the most cost effective and efficient to run.

I would like to put an air conditioning unit in my enclosed trailer and would like to hear what anyone with a unit like would recommend. It has the wiring roughed into the celling opening and a separate circuit breaker. Thanks in advance.
