Daikin twin split. Only one wall mount works

Can anyone help. We have an installed 2 wall units running off 1 outdoor. A wired controller. The one with the controller operates but the other doesn’t. It’s getting power and pulse. Daikin tech is useless with help

Have you the controller paired to both units? Are both indoors compatible with the outdoor?

The controller connects to one unit p1&p2 then the 4 core goes from one to the other unit according to Daikin but only the one with the controller connected to it operates. It’s as if it needs to be set to master and slave but can’t figure out a way
