Fridge Not Cooling

Hi, I have an Australian made Electrolux Kelvinator Fridge Model- CS430J-R and its not cooling.
The Compressor is continuing running and is still quite and turning the thermostat doesnt do anything to turn compressor off/on, what are your thoughts and is there any checks I can do, to determine what the problem is. Thanks
