SOLVED
I'm working on an Intetra 30S the road compressor was locked up. I changed it out for a new one and now the clutch will not engage from the control board.
I have tested the clutch with 12v and it does engage but never get 12v from the control board the controller never faults out on over or under current. From the manual i do not see a fuse for the road clutch like the standby clutch has.
Is there a way in the display controller to test the clutch output?
My guess is the control board relay or FET is bad. When i run in stand by it works fine.

Does lowering the temperature set point not bring the clutch output on?
Then follow the clutchs wire back to the board and if theres access, could you then test the relay/FET terminals?

Update Fixed.
Set point is at 34 box temp is 78.
I did not have 12v at the relay terminal.
pulled the board out to inspect had to drill the pop rivets out and there was a trace on the back that was burned open. Soldered a jumper and put back together all is working now.
