Technical difficulties

Hi all,
I have been working on a Carrier Primeline reefer for the past two weeks, however, I am unable to solve the problem.
Reefer model #69NT40-561-018
The system has a restriction, and the compressor runs in a vacuum after the three-bump start.
Controller alarm: AA28 - low suction pressure
replace filter drier, replaced all transducers: EPT, SPT &DPT
Replace EEV complete body and coil, replace DUV complete body and coil, replace evaporator temp sensor ETS1 and EST2
The controller interchange (on problem with the controller)

Controller closes the EEV because you already replaced all other possible causes (but why if you were not certain about the real cause/problem?)?
Seems very basic schematic...

What does it do on the Pre-trip test?

Did you blow through the pipework with nitrogen to check for any restrictions while you had components removed?
