Carel ir33 IA Error

Hello All,

I have a refrigerated container displaying the error code IA. R452a, 0.7kg. Set point 3.5.

When starting the unit, compressor kicks in but evap and condenser fans do not kick in at all. The compressor continues to run, the HP pressure transducer makes a clicking sound and then the audible alarm sounds on the Carel ir33 control flashing up IA (immediate alarm I think). Obviously HP alarm. Even then the compressor continues to try and cool after the alarm is beeping. Is there a reason the fans will not kick in? The unit is relatively new and good condition.

Anyone came across any similar issues or know a fix?

Have you power at either fan? Compressor should go off if HP activates, i suspect you have a welded contact on your controller which is why neither fan is running
