Hi, i am new to reefers and maybe my case may have been looked at already.
I have a TS200 unit that is only achieving 1 deg celcius or 33.8F as its lowest temp. What could be the cause to this problem?

It could be quite a few things or multiple things, start with the basic stuff and go from there.

Is the condenser and evaporator clean and clear of ice, are the condenser and evap fan(s) running and spinning in the correct direction.

If theres a liquid line sight glass, see what it shows you.

Check the pipework and compressor temperatures.

Check that it is still trying to cool and not just a fault with the thermostat/controller switching it off too early.

Are the doors closed properly? Are there people going in and out of the box too frequently? Is there too much stock in the box? Has someone blocked the air flow of the evap or condenser?

After carrying out a self test, the system failed and i got Alarm codes 28 PRETIP OR SELF CHECK ABORT and Alarm Code 40 CHECK HIGH SPEED CIRCUIT. What do i need to do to check high speed circuit?

Theres a engine throttle/speed solenoid youd probably start with checking.

Hello Guys, (https://askmodapk.com/)
Thermo King TS200 is a refrigeration unit used in transportation vehicles to maintain the temperature of the cargo. If you are experiencing insufficient cooling from your TS200 unit, here are some possible reasons and troubleshooting steps you can take: Insufficient refrigerant: Check the refrigerant level of your unit. If it's low, it could cause insufficient cooling. You may need to add more refrigerant to the system.
Dirty condenser: The condenser can get dirty over time, which can cause poor cooling performance. Clean the condenser thoroughly and remove any dirt or debris that may be blocking the airflow.
