Carrier xarios 500 spitting water

Hello, I’m hoping someone can help with a problem I have with the refrigerator in my truck. The unit is a carrier xarios 500 and it’s spitting water out over the first row of pallets in my truck.

This is the 4th truck I’ve had with a carrier unit and all have done the same so I’m suspecting there’s something I should be doing to drain the system? The units are serviced but I still have this problem.

What is the temperature in truck ?
What is the temperature in Evaporator ?
Is it happening after defrosting time ?

Can you measure the air flow might it is to high.
If it is happening after defrosting time put dropping time after defrost
