My client would like their wall control replaced, worn out three wire MHI unit, know it's a long shot but would anyone have a model number or part number perhaps?

Looks like one of these...

RCD-H-E PJA502A500BB (all 0 are zeros)

Got one for sale on UK Ebay for 50GBP but not much use to you I expect.
