Carrier Xarios 300 not work

Hello!

We have a Xarios 300 with R404A (1,2kg) pressure is 2,2 and 17 bars. The compressor belt is OK, but the evaporator air is +22 celsius. Already changed the filter in the condensator.

What is the problem, where should i search?

Sounds like it’s short of gas, check the sightglass as it should be full / clear when condenser fan is running. First job would be to weigh the gas out and see what’s in there
