Hi all,
Would appreciate some support.
We have a supra 850mt that works on engine but will no start on standby. The DER (diesel electric relay) is not energized via the N2 output. We checked wires and sensors. We replaces micro, relay board, cab command. No fault appears on cab command. Something is blocking the start of DER relay on micro as far as we can see. We could not find door switch. Alternator, motor contactor, oil pressure switch seems fine. When giving negative to DER via micro the DER works but RR is not working with other sensors which indicated micro is not permitting. We tried 3 micros same issue. The standby will not start. Engine starts.
Any suggestions from experience that might be of assistance is greatly appreciated.
