Daikin RZQ100L9V1B

Daikin outdoor unit RZQ100L9V1B on R410A gas had circuit breaker tripped,reset and tested.
Indoor fan works ok but outdoor unit refuses to start.240v phase and variable comms normal.
Fuse FU6 on pcboard should be 240vac but i get 4vdc.Checked fuse for continuity and swapped
with an identical unit but no difference.
Compressor does not test down to earth has anyone had this fault.

Insufficient insulation in electric system
Faulty contact point of magnetic switch for compressor
Malfunction of compressor
Defective remote controller or low batteries (wireless)
Check if address is set correctly on wireless R.C.
