Was it running previously or are you commissioning it?

If outdoor won't kick in, check for fluctuating voltage on comms cable, check power to outdoor, check for faults with controller.

Is 'Vacuum' mode enabled?

Daikin have had a lot of R32 systems with various errors due to faulty capacitors on the outdoor PCB. I’d give them a call with the model and serial number and see if it in the affected range.

Edit: I have a photo with the affected range but it’s too big to attach here. Suffice to say your model is affected subject to confirming serial number. I’ve emailed the info to the address on your vCard. 👍

Further edit: that email bounced back. Send me a message with an alternative email or WhatsApp and I’ll send over.
